Food for Thought :)

A friend recently sent me an email with the subject line of “God’s Pharmacy”. I didn’t manage to open it until earlier today while I waited on some other pages to load. The email was very informative, and I thought I’d share some of its contents with you today. It seems that some foods we eat are actually good for our fertility! If you don’t eat these foods, maybe you should pick some up on your next trip to the grocery store. Here is a brief excerpt of the email which lists these fertility foods:

” Avacadoes, eggplant and pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today’s research shows that when a woman eats one avacado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine months to grow an avacado from blossom to ripened fruit. Figs are full of seeds and hang in two’s when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm as well to overcome male sterility. Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries.”

Now, how cool is that??!! Make sure you put these items on your next grocery list.. or even better, call the spouse and ask that they pick some up on their way home! Happy munching!
